PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT SHEETS STANDARD PRACTISE REQUIRES CLUBS TO HAVE A CURRENT DRAGON MARK CORE AWARD ELEMENT BEFORE A PERFORMANCE AWARD CAN BE CONSIDERED. The following assessments sheets must be filled in where appropriate in full, and submitted with the application form by September 30th annually. The year for performance assessment is from September 1st to the following August 31st. |
