A group of 40 young volunteers (aged 14-24), from throughout Wales, have been participating in a project to increase the numbers of young people moving through the officiating pathways to ensure Swim Wales can have a good representation of young people at the Celtic Tri-Nations.
The young people have received training and practical experience as part of two weekend residential held in Swansea.
