This year, Wales will host the Celtic Tri Nations Championships for the first time since the event’s inception in 2006. This event offers an exceptional opportunity to see some of the highest profile swimmers from Wales, Scotland and Ireland at the Wales National Pool, Swansea.
Apart from the Commonwealth Games, this is the only event in which Welsh swimmers can compete as a nation and offers the prospect of seeing Welsh Swimmers showcase their talent on home soil.
It is an ideal occasion during which to celebrate not only Welsh sporting talent but also that of the other Celtic nations and possibly even to get an early glimpse of the Olympic medalists from 2012 and beyond!
